Samuel H. Graybill Jr. has operated this guest house, inconspicuous as such except for some stickers in one window from the Provincetown Business Guild and the Provincetown Chamber of Commerce. Rest of the entry to be written.

  1. Sam Is a very good host and is always pleasant when you see him in the dinning room. The rooms are always made up everyday for you and all supplies are replenished. There is a nice area in the back to read or lounge and he has on site parking. There is always fresh coffee in the mornings so you don’t have to leave and pick some up. The prices are very reasonable also.

  2. I stayed at Sam’s House in the late Summer & early Fall of 1978 on the recommendations of Skip & Arpina Stanton, The Coat of Arms, 7 Johnson Street, while I worked at various jobs throughout P-town.

Sam was always fair and down-to-earth. What a pleasant surprise that he is still alive and kicking. I remember him fondly and well.
