Built on the site of the Grey Schoolhouse (perhaps even incorporating some of it?) this home was constructed between 1850 and 1880. It was purchased in 1985 by Ralph E. Desmond (b 1951) from Rudolph J. Santos (b 1927), a fleet mechanic, who’d lived here with his wife, Ruth V. Santos (b 1926).
