636 Commercial Street

This low and cozy bungalow was purchased in 1961 by the sculptor Bernard Simon (1896-1980) and his wife, Edna, from Arthur and Josephine Journay. A fuller discussion of the artist may be found at 562 Commercial Street, which the Simons also owned.

It’s been owned since 1997 by Charles H. Miller, a clinical psychologist in New York.
