Long point floater. The home of Fannie C. Chipman (±1865-1954), the daughter of Stephen F. Atwood and Adelia C. (Morgan) Atwood, who lived at 10 Atwood Avenue. Like her mother, Mrs. Chipman was active in the Centenary Methodist Church. (“Mrs. Fannie H. Chipman,” The Advocate, 23 December 1954.)
