The 11-unit Summer Winds Condominium complex used to be the Shamrock Motel and Cottages, owned and managed by Jack Downey and Marilyn Downey. Condo sales began in 2005.

    Prior to the Shamrock the property was owned by Jack & Jean Bournstein of NYC as a “stay busy project” for his dying wife. She rented 3 small 1 story cottages. I lived next door and mowed their lawn.
